"Ozaukee" only SOUNDS vaguely Japanese. It's actually the language of the original inhabitants.
The scholars' best guess is that it means
"People living at the mouth of the river"
But, if one were to look for images of Japanese persons doing "Dueling Banjos", one might discover THIS one! 
Good Morning from the Unfrozen Tundra. 40f right now and forecast to get up to 48f later but winter will hit tomorrow when the cold front comes in. All preped for christmas, went to the local folk society holiday hoot this weekend House is all decorated for the holidays so all that is to be done is to practice holiday songs and smell Her baking and sneak a cookie or two when She is not looking. Good thing that She does not count the peanut butter balls.
