A perennial Christmas favourite , it was written in 1943 by Hugh Martin (music) and Ralph Blaine (lyrics). It first appeared in the musical “Meet Me In St. Louis” with Judy Garland singing it.
I play it here instrumentally, fingerstyle, on the Martin D-35.
