I have this old Banjo its a 5 string but it looks like a add on. Any help would be greatly appreciated I uploaded pictures. Sorry I think have messed up the picture part. A Nubee

How about some pictures? Front, back, neck headstock, tailpiece, any nicks, dings, cracks, etc.
Without any pictures, we can't be of much help.
From the pictures on your home page, the banjo looks like it was made by William Lange of New York. The fifth string peg was added to the tenor neck, rather gracelessly, I might add.
