From decades ago - but I've forgotten what brand this was?

I believe that it's a Sabine capo. I had one years ago. Below is a Reverb link for one that is for sale.
Had one.
Why the manufacturer chose "SABINE" for the product name, I wondered, since the only OTHER reference I ever had to "Sabine" was this:
