Years ago I picked up a Tunbridge banjo nearly identical to yours. Tiny. Might be comfortable for a 3 year old to play.

I really enjoyed my Lyon & Healy piccolo. After my stroke, I sold it to Intermountain — probably stayed on their web site a day before it found a new home.
