today I'm at home sick (flu) so I'm playing this old very slow blues (Charles Mingus wrote it for Pres. Lester Young)
I did never play it on banjo... a little tricky!

Jeff Back is wonderful but also Joni Mitchell’s version (with Jaco Pastorius on bass) isn’t bad ;-)
but still I think the best version is the original Mingus album Ah-Um... a real masterpiece!

Charles Mingus?------One of the very best---compositions / bands and a truly great double bassist. He had it all.
