"Sometimes - all at once - a tune comes into my mind and I have to play it. I have had that happen to me at 2 or 3 in the morning and I have to go and play it. What’s funny is that it will wake my wife up. She will say, 'What in the world are you doing, Jim? 'I’m picking this banjer.' She would say, 'My God, is that all you think about?'
