Start by checking out the classified ads here. Tenor banjo cases come up for sale sometimes in the accessories section.

Vinnie Mondello does a lot of work on tenor banjos and has a lot of instruments pass through his shop. He is one of the best-known tenor banjo luthiers around. He may have some old tenor cases.
Richie Dotson does a lot of Gibson conversions. It's possible that he could have a few old tenor cases around.

You might also check with Clancy Mullins. He does five string conversions along with his other work. He might be able to help.
