There's now a stiff hazardous material shipping charge on celluloid bindings and sheet stock. Since the charge is the same for one piece of material or 50 lbs. worth, you might want to review their offerings and your inventory and stock up on anything you think you might need somewhere down the road.

Depends where you order from. I've bought celluloid bindings from China and England into Canada with no hazmat charge.

Aliexpress is a great source for bindings, I've bought lots there but most of them are .060" / 1.5mm, including your link. The OP asked for .04"
