What is your inquiry & how about posting some pics of yours ?

I have a couple of R &T's .

youtube.com/watch?v=PQMkBbZRe_M

Crow w/ his rare gold commemorative R & T & Reno playing Lonesome Rd Blues . Only a few of these particular banjos were gold plated

IMO , these R & T banjos are exceptional w/ either the Tennessee ring or the Kelush 10 hole .

I have heard a great young professional picker that plays a walnut Terry Bacome model R and T. Giving him most of the credit, the banjo really has a presence. I've been watching for one to come to the market but nothing so far. The young fella didn't know what tone ring it had in it. I'll watch to see if anyone knows about this particular model.

There is a lot of info here in the archives about R & T . Finding a definitive answer to the S/N history for R & T banjos may be difficult .

I always wondered why R&T isnt worth more than GRE Gibsons since the GRE premium is based on Rich building things better. Id like to own a RT as well and have passed on some cheap ones because they werent local.

Have you thought about contacting Rich?

Yes , Rich is a member of this site & graciously helped me value an R&T banjo , but Bill , I guess I still don't understand what you're after here ?
Hope u are able to accomplish posting some pics here .

& YODA , many unsung gems in banjos & elsewhere will never reach their deserved status due to the luck of the draw .

I know a little bit about R&T banjos, since I was an endorser while working with the Lost & Found. I have a list of all the SNs, when they were built and who they originally went to. If you will provide the SN, I will share any information I might have on your banjo. The earliest models had "Rich & Taylor" in the peghead, rather than "R&T". Those are the rarest models.
