There are no short-cuts to this stuff. No way will anyone improve without putting their time. Two heads are better than one, which is why I keep harping on finding a picking buddy. They are not going to come looking for you, you have to get out and find them yourself! You will learn three times as much per hour with a picking buddy than you ever will by taking lessons, or on your own!
