Why are there so many fish bones left an' found in deserts around the world? The Sahara for one, you think maybe the Arabian desert nomads left their fish bones there ? Or do you believe it's something else?..
Lots of land used to be sea, and vice-versa. You can dredge mammoth tusks from the bottom of the North Sea.
Continental drift, orogenesis, rising and falling sea levels due to climate change....
