Somebody started a topic, asking for non-religious, but scientific, evidence for evolution.
I replied, hit SUBSCRIBE, and toddled off to bed.
When I awoke, and opened my email. there were 17 notifications of replies.
But, alas, apparently the discussion had gotten a bit too heated, and the Mods, as is their duty, had locked it.

I'm not complaining that they may have shut down a fight; just sad that I didn't get to read 17 opinions on a topic which interests me.

If it's not too much trouble, could those of you who posted replies E-MAIL me what it is you said?
Don't post it here! That would just rekindle the heat, and get this topic locked, too.

It was a lot of arguing about milkweed, fig pie, and shovel nosed cats. That always leads to a locked and hidden thread.

I did get a message or two.

Can't help but notice how a piece of map cut around South America fits up so nicely against Africa, which strongly hints that "plate tectonics" really happens.
If you've evidence it doesn't, please send me a PRIVATE MESSAGE with a link to the evidence.
Do NOT post it here, as I'm looking for INFORMATION, not looking for a lock.

You missed nothing. One person posted under three identities agreeing with themselves and everyone else said this was nonsense and then I told the identities they were essentially trolling. Perhaps after I posted the remaining posts took the high ground but I rather doubt it.

And, apparently, you are not allowed to reveal that ice ages happened and caused ocean levels to fall - and rise again when the ice melted. Who knew ?

Amusing lol, theres well over a hundred thousand PhDs who study this topic as part of their education\career and its as obvious as looking at your children but BHO holds the key eh?

I realise BHO has more college grads than carpenters but what do u think we might know?

Id probably start by reading everything Darwin ever wrote and see where that took me if I found the topic befuddling.

Reading Darwin to learn about evolution is a bit like reading Newton to learn about physics or Faraday to learn about electronics. Things have moved on a bit in the last 170 years. In the removed thread I recommended Dawkins 'The Greatest Show On Eartb' as a good intro to the arguments for evolution.

Faradays laws are still fundamental to electromagnetics and electrostatics and F still equals ma.

But I see some on BHO do attempt to rival scholars. Let me do a quick google search because I think I might find something 100k scientists have miseed. lol.

Hmmm, "missed" or just argue certain facts and certain results?  Brad
