I posted a link in my earlier post, but I'm sure there are additional sources for these little snap lock cases.
I get mine from gary plastics in new york area 1000 piece required order. I order about twice a year and last time was about 23 cents per box and 7 cents per foam cusion liner. throw in shipping and its pushing 400 bucks for 1000 cases& foams delivered .
