Watching a British TV series "SILENT WITNESS", and a couple of my brain cells kept saying
"You've seen THAT face, on ANOTHER head!"
The actor was Mick Ford
And after wondering about it for a day or 3, and then NOT thinking about it, the name popped up.

Basically, I guess it's the roll-out on the lower lip, and the jut of the chin.

The woman looks like Arizona politician Ms. Lake
I know precious little about actors/actresses, but on appearance alone, [i.e. scrolling without reading the text] I says: "Huh... that's* Jon Cooper." [i.e. former (?) Tampa Bay Lightning coach].
* = then I learn it's apparently not Jon, but Jackie?!?!!?
