Here it is, doesn't look like a scam, it's offered by a member who's been here for 10 years. Go here: banjohangout.org/classified/105676banjohangout.org/classified/105676
If you have any qualms about this being legit, contact the seller and vett him out.

Seller has been a Hangout "member" for 16 years, and this ad is his first activity on the site.
The banjo description / verbage ( which was placed in the "Contact Info:" field, instead of the main body of the ad), is definitely cut-and-paste from the RK website, or an ebay ad, or something like that

Those pix are very similar to how BanjoWarehouse used to set up their ads. Look:
banjowarehouse.com/product/new...ig-bag-2/
Note the toy turtles.
When in doubt reverse image search the pictures on google and see if theres any matches. It came up with a matching ebay listing, even the title of it is copied.
ebay.com/itm/276562922650?itmm...4J1Y0T97R
Honestly that bit of advice should be in the "avoiding scams" section.

Well...
My RK-75 is my back up banjo to the RB-1 and it's put at work when for example the weather is very hot (++ 30 deg.) or I need exceptional power while richness in sound is of less concern (a Stelling would be my choice there, if I had one).
The difference in scale lenght doesn't bother me at all.
So I don't understand the question.

Sherry, How do they get their BHO page to say they have been a member for 10 years? Maybe you don't want to and should not state that in public, but is there something BHO can do about that?
Thanks,
ken

Ken, they find a seldom/not used account and try to hack it. If they can, then they're in and can pretend to be that person. They are usually caught when they try to spam members and the members let us moderators know so we can check it out.

I don't know why , either. Maybe it's because it would be a difficult job to program or there's not manpower enough to do it. It's something I can't answer, only Eric can.

Joe,
My 2 cents on that: Selectively purge old accounts. Some accounts like Ken LeVan on banjo building and Sonny Osborne on banjo and bluegrass still hold priceless information and I would hope they would be left.
