Howdy Folks!

I’m looking for a radiused neck: Prucha, Robin Smith, Nechville or similar quality.

My hands have been getting a little stiff these last few years.
I love my RB-4, but...
I played a little on a Nechville neck, and it really does help me out.

I’m sure any quality neck with a nice profile and radiused fretboard would be a big help, so...
I decided to build up nice banjo on a Prucha TT pot.

I have considered switching out the neck on my Mastertone to a “modern” radiused profile, but hey, “it ain’t broke...”

This radiused neck doesn’t have to be in pristine condition—I’ll fix it, or get it fixed.

Thank You in advance for your support!

Goldtone was selling these without either the heart or their name.   You can check.

Thank You, Brian!

That is a good steer and I appreciate it.
Some time back, just after that Bela model was announced, I found an orphan neck from a Gold Tone ML "Missing Link" banjo. I actually bought it from Gold Tone, and I believe it is similar specs to the Bela model, except that it is Maple, with the vine inlay, and the heel should be flat. The heel on mine is actually cut for a 1-piece flange though.
This is only personal preference, but for me, it's just a little too big.
The Nechville profile thickness feels much better to me.

I would really like to try out the Prucha neck, the 11" radius. I understand that Prucha makes two widths, both 31.5mm and 33mm at the nut, the latter is similar to the Nechville nut width-wise.

But, I've not had the opportunity to try out that Prucha, nor any others--just the Bela and the Nechville.

Maybe my ad will scare one up : )

Prucha necks are excellent, Gold Tone has some lovely Ome necks some of which will be radiused.
