My wife sent a Valentine Card (and cash ..... she knows better ..... did it anyway) from South Carolina to Washington, DC on Feb. 13th ....... still not arrived. My wife think theft. I'm thinking more incompetence, as how would anyone know there was cash inside without opening.

I've done a fair amount of online purchasing, mostly fly-fishing gear, and car parts. Never had a theft problem.

You might suggest the vendor change their return address label to something less conspicuous. Perhaps Dixie Fly Rods? cheeky
