A few years back, Mel Bay published my Bach for Tenor Banjo book, with treble clef plus tabs and sound files for the first three cello suites. Some tenor-banjo players said they'd love to play Bach, but the music is too hard. So, I created a new book called Classical Studies for Tenor banjo, which has 80 pages taking you from Post-Beginner level to playing Bach.
I plan to make a series of videos from the book. Here are the first seven studies from the very first cello method book - same tuning as the tenor - to let you see the entry level for the book. The tabs will of course cater for both CGDA and GDAE tunings. I'm actually tuned down two steps from CGDA to BbFCG.
