A friend has a almost complete collection of Banjo Newsletters, and was wondering what something like that might realistically be worth. She is missing 5 years, but has the complete run otherwise.

That’s a tough question.
I see folks sell individual issues for a few bucks each. I’ve seen in the past large spreads of years of issues for “Just pay shipping”. I’ve also seen complete sets sell for a few hundred dollars with the issues bound in binders.
I personally bought a few decades worth of issues a few years ago for I think 30.00 + shipping here on the hangout. That ad was up for a few weeks before I pulled the trigger.
They are worth I guess what ever one person is willing to pay, anywhere from “just shipping” to a few hundred bucks for a complete set with all issues.
