tdennis , have you searched through all of the Cadenza and Crescendo magazines? They would often feature photos of clubs.

Some of them have banjos and are prestigious. There are some guitars present, though, which obviously takes this group's prestige down a few notches.
At least I don't see any pianos, flutes, or violins. That would turn "prestige" into "trailer trash."
