Missing VHS tape slow tape:
A bit of a long shot here but I am digitizing my plectrum banjo instructional tapes from Buddy Wachter’s “Banjo Pathways” series. I have both the Intermediate and Advanced series. It is going well but 2 problems, I am missing Tape 5 in the Intermediate series and Tape 1 Intermediate drags and plays slow so the sound/voice is not in sync with the video. Has anyone digitized their tapes or perhaps loan me their tapes so I can complete my digitization, I would be happy to forward a security deposit to ensure the safe return of your tapes. Also, the documentation is not complete, it would be nice to complete the docs as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Thought I might be able to help. Unfortunately I can’t. I’ve got on Homespun Video, Learning Plectrum Banjo taught by Buddy Wachter and another tape introduction to Don Van Paltas Plectrum Banjo Lessons. Both on VHS.
Thank you for your response. I also have Buddy's Home Spun instructional tapes in both Tenor and Plectrum and I have digitized them. I also noted your avatar, it looks like you drive a Midget. I also am an LBC fan, I currently have a 74 MGB.
