Hi all. I never saw posted photos of how the neck is attached on these. I got this one for $500 on eBay with a loose neck. I was getting ready to detach some glue joints but luckily I first removed the tailpiece and saw that the screw that locks the neck in place is behind the tailpiece. It seems like whatever wood is part of the rim at that place had shrunk enough that the screw bottomed out in the stick now. A quick drilling out of 1/4 in in the stick and the neck locks in place perfectly. Now it is a fun player!
