I need light strings with as little tension as possible because of arthritis. But not so light as to sound thin. I usually use D’Addario ej61s or the 60s but I need at least a 23 on the wound 4th otherwise there’s a twang I don’t like.
I’ve heard silver plating reduced tension and black diamond makes them.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I like these. They should well for your stiff hands and sound nice, too!
