Ran across this jewel last weekend. I had to pass because the price seemed to be a bit steep, and honestly I wasn't impressed with the tone.

Looks like it has Grover tuners.
I hear their tone gets better with fresh batteries.
I didn't notice if it had a pre-amp. That may have been the issue.
Im sure it has Gibson parts in the sweater.
