Hi, in watching your vids, which I always enjoy, it sort of looks like your thumb pick is well up on your thumb. Obviously, that works well for you ??, Did trial and error put it there?

Hey! I have a very small thumb and no matter how small the pick is, it always ends up pushed to that spot. I would love if there was a thumbpick created for people like me that hugged the thumb closer to the top and had more shaft but alas I've yet to find one that actually does that
You might want to try Gorilla Snot on the pick. It's used by guitar players to keep a pick from slipping and works quite well.
Well, John, you seem to be coping pretty gosh-darn well. Maybe I need to go for thumb reduction surgery!
