Wow, that is a Frankenbanjo thing! The original tenor neck must have been way wider based on those gaps. Repro neck looks like it was made for another banjer.
Someone was drunk stamping those rim numbers...well at least buzzed.
Hopefully it sounds nice. Should have complex resonance for sure...
