Tried to upload a file, but the "Browse to select file" button wasn't there this morning. I'll try restarting my computer. Very unusual.
Browser selection is still not there.
I was able to see and use the Browse button in the current version (109) of Firefox.
Also worked using the current version of Microsoft Edge.

Browse button is still not visible for me using Firefox 109. Sent a message and pic to Eric. The "Browse" button should be after "Genre" but it's not. In Fiddle Hangout, the "Browse" button is there but not in Banjo Hangout, at least for me.
For me, the button is located after Playing Style.
Try using Firefox in Troubleshooting mode (Help > Troubleshooting Mode).
If the Browse button works, it's likely one of your extensions.
Then, restart Firefox and disable your extensions one by one until you find the culprit.
