A further note: Costco now sells Coastal Cheddar under the Kirkland Signature name. Although it's imported from England, Costco.com says it is "unavailable for delivery" to my zip code. Go figure. Maybe it's because there's a local Costco that stocks it.

Here in Somerset we realised that the banality of US-imported celebrity culture provided an opportunity. Essentially the same entertainment value, just with a lower lighting level.

Wookey hole cheese often makes the 250 mile trip up north to the cheese counter in my local supermarket. I really do like the cheddar.
Then there's the chutney options to contemplate...
But I guess we shouldn't up Bill's excitement level until he's become accustomed to the cheese?

I friend loaned me his Costco card once, so I could see what it is all about. But I never bothered to buy a card myself. I may make the move when I face hearing aids. Being a Midwest (non-Wisconcian) cheesehead I am sure I would like that cheese. I will check out the video, so I can watch cheese grow. ;-) Brad
I went out last night, did I miss anything? If I did I guess I can watch the highlights on iPlayer?
