Can't win for losing this year. Grrr! Now I have stuid bronchitis, which really sucks--especially the one-lunged kind. I'll be glad when this year is over, I've about had enough of 2022 already! Thanks to the good folk at MedExpress who saw me twice this weekend, and are fixing me up!
I'll be fine, really, but just frustrated beyond belief. Especially as I'm missing yet MORE work. Was tested twice over the weekend for flu and other things, and x-ray looks good. So there's that. Never a dull moment here. Plus I'm getting lots of kitty therapy!

Heavy on the Crown Royal.... ;0)
Get well soon please..
According to this https://www.scoutsongs.com/lyrics/mountaindew.html version of Good Old Mountain Dew about a quart might be sufficient:
"The preacher-he walked by, with a big tear in his eye
Said that his wife had the flu
And hadn't I ought just to give him a quart
Of that good old mountain dew."
Hope you soon get the upper hand.
Paula I hope you get better soon, and the good news: 2022 is nearly behind you!
I was one of the 6 million, by last count, having what my doctor called respiratory flu. I am past the fever and now on week three of lung grunge. Feeling much better. No prescribed meds, but took a lot of Mucinex DM, along with bourbon, lemon juice, honey hot toddies.
