Here's some information on Paul's top tension RB-7: http://earnestbanjo.com/wp/gibson-rb-7-mastertone-f690-4-the-frank-r-mcghee/
In the following discussion on BHO, it is said that Tom McKinney bought Paul's granada from Paul's estate: https://www.banjohangout.org/archive/126711
I bought a Bluegrass banjo instruction book in 1967 that was authored by Paul Champion. The copyright on the book is 1964. All of the demonstration photos in the book feature a Gibson, one-piece flange, flat-head. The neck had a double-cut headstock and "flying eagle" inlay pattern. It had a presto tailpiece and a non-geared fifth string tuner.
I can still remember thinking that the banjo in those photos was just about coolest thing I had ever seen.
