Can one change the tuning on a Classical Guitar? I wanna go from normal to Drop D or Open G.

Yes... generally not a problem with those tunings with typical classical strings, lot's of folks do that.
The only issues might have with alternative tunings might come with range bounds of string tension; that is lowering a pitch too much makes too floppy; raising makes too tight (maybe break)... dependent on what gauge start with; so might have to find another gauge string (heavier or lighter). The other factor is overall tension will affect the neck relief and action... so might have to adjust for that. Again, generally not issues with open G or D tuning.
Thanks for the info, banjoak.
I’m afraid that my mind was elsewhere when I posted this thread. Sorry ‘bout that.
"If you're a mind to" drop the 5th and 1st string a whole step and "You'll be in a place you wanna be"
'Air on the G String' 2 hrs
'Just sayin...' 2 hrs
'Good Saturday Morning' 3 hrs
