On page 209, second column midway down, of the "Mountains of Music" book, featuring Goldenseal articles of musicians from WV, there was a mention of this waltz. The Welch Brothers tie in to my Grandmother's family, and Price Bane was her uncle. I'd love to see if there is a recording or notation for it.
