***IMPORTANT UPDATE: 8 October -- IF YOU PREFER TO PURCHASE THIS BANJO WITHOUT THE COMFORT BEVEL ARMREST, I WILL KNOCK OFF $40 FROM THE ASKING PRICE OF $745, MAKING THIS SALE PRICE $705 BEFORE FACTORING IN SHIPPING COSTS.***
For your consideration is a circa-2021 Zachary Hoyt 5-string, short-scale, open-back banjo. This banjo features a gorgeous cherry wood rim and neck with a persimmon fingerboard and a black walnut peghead overlay, rim cap, heel cap and neck center stripe. The scale length is a comfortably short 23-inches and the nut is 1-3/8 inches wide. The neck has a two-way truss rod accessed from the heel, brass dot fret markers in the fingerboard, long-lasting and beautiful looking EVO fret wire, and raw brass Gotoh 4:1 ratio geared tuning pegs. Also, a very nice Sullivan “Roasted Maple” .656 bridge has been installed. And a mint-condition Superior brand gig bag accompanies this banjo.
