You need to update all Apple devices ASAP because of serious security flaw. Apple has sent out the update, and it shows under Settings.

Thanks Bill. I saw this on the news this morning and did the update immediately. It took less than 10 minutes.

I have an iPad and they had it up for an update 2 days ago. This must be a different situation.

Maybe my phone updated on its on, as I have not seen an update message, nor is there one on Settings. I have not checked my Ipad.

If you're a Mac user, the only "fix" is if you happen to be using Monterey (OS 12).

If you're using anything earlier (OS 11 or any of the versions of OS X 10.x.x), no fix available. At least not yet.

So a lot of Mac users are left un-fixed right now.

However, I'll take a guess that this is just another "Chicken Little" scare that predicts the end of the world but will actually impact almost nobody...
