Great work, Wayne!  I love the way you play off against that nice low base on the open 4th string.  I play this in a variant of open A (aEABE), so I have to get that low note an octave higher on the open 3rd string, and it definitely loses something in the translation.

Jumping from that low A to the upper notes in cross A on the fiddle is what makes Jeff Sturgeon fun (to me). I feel like I can only do it with wild abandon. The left hand fingering is too tricky for wild abandon in my banjo arrangement, but it's still fun having two octaves to play with in this tuning.
