These D Tuners were in a stash of parts I recently bought and I’d like to know what they are before I sell them. I’m also receptive to offers if anyone is interested in purchasing them. Thanks!

These were made by Kluson. I have several pairs of them. In the late fifties and early sixties Gibson offered them as an add on option for $25.

There are usually several pairs for sale in the classified ads on here.

Do you have the 4 little "stop" pins that have to be pushed down into little holes in the peghead? They limit the travel of these tuners both "up" and "down". They're important.

You can make your own stop pins... use brads or very small nails about 1/16" diameter. Locate and drill same size holes (or a little smaller) in the peghead. Drive in the brads and clip them off at the desired height

These show up in BHO Classifieds and on eBay fairly regularly, so you can see what folks have been asking for them.
