I sent a early set of Scruggs Keith Bump tuners recently to Martin Keith for servicing. There 55+ years old. Well they work like new again. Smooth as can be. They once belonged to Earl. A old set he had one of his banjos. I have had them for many years. Thanks Martin and Beacon Banjo!
Just wanted to chime in and agree with Randy here. Not many products anymore that last this long or can be brought back to new condition so cheaply. Martin is an incredible builder in his own right and runs his late father's amazing business with all the integrity of his dad.
Another vote of confidence in overhauling old Keith tuners.
