Good dark and early morning from clear - for now - Kingston, Ontario. It's 17C now, will drop five degrees, and then hit 22C with a 60% chance of showers, and risk of a thunderstorm. Not much doing yesterday except for a short bicycle ride on the Bianchi. Gotta get used to it (the handling is quite twitchy) 'cause it seems the Cinelli will be out of action for quite some time with a broken shifter (to the rear derailleur). The groupset is twenty years old and I'll probably have to switch shifters and cassette - unless anyone here happens to have a nine-speed Campagnolo Veloce shifter/brake lever hanging around. In better news, I actually had a chance to go over songs for tomorrow's Fiddler's Dream open mic from Phoenix, Arizona, via Zoom.
Painting: This Franz Johnston (original Group of \seven member) painting reminds me of the many lakes just north of here - hence the "Land 'o' Lakes" region name.
Have a great day! (Don't be shifty!)
Have a merry Sund,,,,, err, I mean Wednesday everybody. You too , Paul.
Good Sunday from Sweden
Have a wonderful Wednesday everyone. It’s another lovely morning here in Massachusetts.
My radiation team told me yesterday that I’m just over halfway done with my treatments. I hadn’t been keeping track. So far it’s been pretty easy. Other than some lower GI issues there’s been no side effects. The treatment team are wonderful.
