I get a message but goes to a home page not a reset. I can use some features but not my own LN group. I see me on a homepage though ??

You're logged on or you couldn't post at all.
From the front page of the Hangout, click on the little gear next to your name (on top right hand side) then click on edit profile. You can then change your password.
I don't recognize an LN group so can't help you with that.
If you paid to be a member of the Pickers Union, it should show up on your avatar. It doesn't. How and when did you pay? When I joined, I did so with a credit card and it went through immediately.
