I don't know about that, George. I have noticed over the years that some people seem to have a lot of knowledge about certain brands. Whenever I see a post about a Gretsch banjo I always hope that you or John Hoft will chime in. I would trust your judgement about Gretsch banjos without a lot of question, just like I used to look forward to seeing Polle Flaunoe contribute to posts about Bacon banjos.
