Good dark and early (almost) morning from partly cloudy Kingston, Ontario. It's 13C now, will drop to 11C, then rise to 23C with showers. Last full week or radiation starts today, with three sessions next week. Then I'll be a free man awaiting results. Yesterday we went to breakfast in Gananoque, then took the 401 back through Kingston, past Napanee, and down 49 and over the high bridge to Picton and Bloomfield in Prince Edward County. It was green all the way, from our front yard to Bloomfield. The second pic is Bloomfield United Church on the main street (Loyalist Parkway).

Saturday I rode some, training the Cycling Ambassadors. Monday I was able to do a ride before getting ready for radiation. That's the good part about external radiation - you can still be active.
