I bought an archtop ring here about 10 years ago, intending to convert one of my banjos to archtop. I already had a good archtop (Clancy Mullins neck/ resonator), so I never got around to it.
I bought the ring assured that it was a Jimmy Cox ring. I may end up selling it, but I’d like to know what I’m talking about if I claim it’s a Cox ring.
Are there any makers marks on those rings?
Thanks for any info.
