when joining the players union how long does it take to get the sickers and teeshirts?

We ship twice a week, so generally you'll get your items within 10 or so in the US... sometimes within 3 days if you time it right!
But we ran out of shirts with the latest promo we did, and are playing catch-up this week, getting backorders out.

Well that is understandable but it would be nice to inform those who have been waiting for a month. I've emailed twice with no reply, card charged one month ago today.

Apologies, sir. You're right: we should have sent out an email notification! That slipped thru the cracks.
You can't expect us to do the smart thing all the time, though. We're banjo players, for goodness sake!
