These three banjos are the very last Osborne Chief banjos ever made. L-R A Rocky Top Model (a copy of Sonny’s RB-3), a Hatchet Model in Maple (inlay design by Greg Rich), and the last one in Gold is the last banjo that Robin Smith made and is a copy of Sonny’s Granada 9584-2. They are all brand new and in unplayed condition. I remember how excited Sonny was when these three came in. These banjos may be available soon to the banjo market…
Wow! All are true beautiful…. Any chance you could post the serial numbers? Would like to know how many were made, and this should give a good idea.
Where did the six string fall in? I can't find any kind of number on it anywhere.
Didn't Frank Neat make these earlier?
