Intermediate banjo player looking to sit in on some jams in Kansas City MO or close by (Lawrence) . Any thing out there?

Here's a list of jams across Kansas. Some of the info may be out-of-date, but there are phones numbers for you to call and ask questions. I've been to the Auburn (southwest of Topeka) jam a few times and always enjoyed myself. Ks_5-picker can likely give you more details.

@Ks_5-picker - do you all have a standard song list? I'd like to brush up on a few tunes you usually play - I've been entrenched in the "honky tonk/country world" for a bit!

No,it’s a Methodist church.they start closing down at 10.
Most anything on it he Bluegrass album band’s 6 recordings might be heard in any jam session.
Classic country might be found as well as any bluegrass gospel songs.
