I just got my new Zoom H6 recorder, I used it in this video with his own stereo mic, I'll try also to use my dpa mic on it... I think it's great! Is someone here using it also?

Yes. I also recently acquired a Zoom H6 (a major upgrade from the H2) and it's very impressive.

Check out the overdub feature. You can overdub up to 99 additional tracks. It's an amazing little machine.

HAHAHAHAHAHA yeah 99 banjos would drive me crazy too... but you can overdub another banjo, mandolin, fiddle, bass, pennywhistle ... bagpipes ... whatever.

If you use phantom power when overdubbing there is a poorly documented feature which this YouTube video addresses. This video saved me lots of time and hair-pulling:

(helpful ONLY if you are overdubbing and using phantom power...)

It's also an amazing audio interface, up to 6 tracks at once. Cool

Enjoy. I'm still discovering what this thing can do.

Something good to know : Zoom h6 is older than Zoom h5

Zoom h5 as the same micro than H6 .
The h5 is easier and more pleasant to use. And it is cheaper
H6 is better for multitracking

I play many instruments so I choose H6 just to use it for overdubbing!

Until now I used to record the separate traks in an Olypus digital recorder and then mix them on my computer....

It worked fine but I’m sure this new little thing!
Also I’m sure that using the dpa mic will be better....

This is one of the video I did with the olympus

I recently purchased an H2 Next to record my band’s practices. I found the menus a little “un-intuitive” at first but I’m starting to get the hang of it. I think it makes a pretty decent recording. I share the files with the other guys in the group so they can assess their progress and practice the unfamiliar songs. I don’t plan on making any “professional” recordings so it’s good enough for me.
