Or even if you can just tell me what tuning he is using, that would help a lot. Thank you.

I don't have tab for you, but I can suggest a tuning. I used this video, since Jake plays a fretted banjo, to make an educated guess that he is playing in the key of E using g#DG#BE. Blow The Grave - Jake Blount & Libby Weitnauer - YouTube

The video link in your message seems to be in the key of D using f#CF#AD.

I don't play two-finger style so I am barely able to mimic his picking.

You should be able to figure this simple two finger bum ditty out if you slow down the youtube...Jack

Souvenir1, Sounds to me like he is just using Dock Boggs' Country Blues tuning, in concert pitch: f#CGAD.

Souvenir1, yup it's definitely f#CGAD. I took a few minutes and tabbed out the instrumental break that Blount uses to end the performance. You'll find it attached below in PDF format.  That's a slide from 4 to 3 (or wherever) on the 4th string, I forgot to note that.

Don Borchelt, thanks for correcting my tuning. I was uncertain about the 3rd string, and your correction makes sense.

Don, Jack and David,
Thank you all for your quick and wonderful help. I am going to enjoy playing as much of this tune as my current technique allows, trying to play something that has a melodic hook just makes me practice more.
