Good dark and early morning from continuing grey Kingston, Ontario. It's 6C now, but will only be 4C later, with rain or snow in the forecast. Here's hoping everyone south of our border had a great Thanksgiving. Yesterday was flu shot time, followed by Christmas card purchase and a couple of corn meal muffins from Coffee Way, a local doughnut shop that sells more than doughnuts. Today will be a lazy day, although some Cycle Kingston project work may be on the schedule. Painting: Martin Soldat, "Morning", oil on canvas.

Have a great day!

Thank you Paul.

Have a fantastic Friday everyone.

Here’s another coloring book/photo combination. The Shawsheen Diner (named after the river that runs through town) has been a fixture in town for decades. It was recently sold and the new owners are renovating. Note the sign on the door saying “open” on the coloring page and “closed” on my photo.

Good Morning from cold (15f) and overcast North Woods.
Wife, daughter and grand-daughter are heading out to do traditional girls shopping day after breakfast at Ihop. I am going to start a fire and nap off yesterdays dinner, maybe do a little pickin' later.

Fed the crows more turkey scraps & soon they will get the whole carcus to pick away at & eventually some critter will take that away during the night .

Enjoy your day !

Good evening from just south of the Sandhill Farms tree farm.

Had a bunch of fun, made $44 for three hours of strolling about with the banjo, singing seasonal songs ( and parodies thereof) and handing out HIRE ME flyers.

Interacted with dozens of interesting people.

That banjo is made of a salad bowl.

Bonjourno youse all... hope everybody's day was well and truly copacetic.   It was near, or just above, freezing today and I think that's the forecast for the weekend.  I've been making good use of the mild weather to work in the shop ...although I'll also be getting lots of time there when [if??] it gets cold..... pics are of relatively early stages* of the renos to the travel trailer.... one outside and the other from where the bed normally is in the back half forward toward the kitchen at the front of the trailer.

* = not helped today by making a corner post/support column 1/8"-1/4"  [that's +/- 5 mm just for you Chuck cheeky ] LONGER than what would be a good fit.   Thankfully, I've got no other plans for tomorrow, and fiberglass is quite forgiving..... cut the excess out and re-do the cloth/resin bit..... although getting odd-shaped things aligned and clamped securely is a bit of a PITA.

Edit: Mike, who was Grafton WI named after?  I'm aware there's a Grafton, ND [I think the U of M Bisons might have played basketball against a team from there several decades back].

When I was a kid the turkeys were so big we would eat off them for a couple of weeks & then tow them out in the backyard & make a shed out of it!

I'm dropping this here before my edit runs out!
