That would be a fun thing to attend.
Around here Amish builders usually buy and dismantle all the old barns and re-use the parts, so the timber frames and boards seldom come up individually in a public sale—more likely the entire barn or log house would be sold at the farm auction and the buyer would have so many days to remove it.
Google maps show this auction address more as southwestern Georgia. The site is a bit south and west of Atlanta. Still reasonably close to Seneca, though.
This could be a nice auction for luthiers, although I'd expect a lot of competitive bidding from those who restore old homes and historical buildings.
